Scope of Project: Sunroom Addition
Timeline: 3 Months
The sunroom was enlarged and transformed into a family room but the finished product looks like it was there from the beginning. Take note of the rounded addition, the built-in grill, the interior molding and the beautiful flooring. The flow from the new space to the existing kitchen area adds the charm of a “greatroom” for cozy family gatherings or for entertaining numerous guests. The owners highly recommend C.B. Scope of Project: Remodel and addition
Timeline: 3 Months
The front entrance was enlarged to better compliment a previous addition to the side of the home. Also added was a beautiful Tuscan Cabana which surrounds the pool creating a courtyard effect. The owners were so pleased with the final product that they included C.B. Geesaman in a mural they painted on the interior wall of the new edition.
