Your Business Deserves the Same Standard

Commercial construction and renovation handled by our own crews with 50 years of experience behind every project.

Commercial Services

Commercial Work Done Right

That is what our commercial clients say most. Hard sites, complex scopes, occupied buildings, tight timelines. CB Geesaman has been handling commercial projects in Central Pennsylvania since 1976 and we have never looked for reasons a job cannot be done. We look for how to make it work.

We put our own crews on every commercial job and manage the full scope the same way we do on a custom home build. One standard, one point of contact, one team accountable from start to finish.

Commercial

Commercial

Excavation & Site Work

Site excavation and ground work handled in-house with our own equipment and crews on every job.

Have a Concept but No Plans?

CB Geesaman offers design/build services for commercial clients who come to us with just an idea. We will help you work through the scope, develop a plan, and manage the full build from permits through final walkthrough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had work by Carlton B Geesaman company at my home installing beams in my living room, baseboards that were stained to match the beams throughout my first floor, closed off a loft area to create a bedroom, and the entire house was painted. To say I an impressed with the work is an understatement. The detail they put into my home and the renovations is top notch and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I worked with Ben, who was so responsive, kind, and gave me honest opinions about the ideas I had in mind. HIGHLY recommend!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have known the family that owns CB Geesaman Inc for years. I needed some topsoil for my garden and they delivered - pun intended. Dumped it right in the raised bed, exactly where it needed to be. Getting the truck through my back yard was like threading a needle. The driver did it like a pro.
