Your Home Deserves a Builder Who Gets It Right

Your home is the most personal project you’ll ever take on. At CB Geesaman, we’ve been building and remodeling homes across Central Pennsylvania since 1976 and we still approach every job the same way. Listen first, plan carefully, and build like our name depends on it. Because it does.

Whether you’re building from the ground up, adding space, or renovating what you have, our crews handle the full scope with the same hands-on standard on every job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had work by Carlton B Geesaman company at my home installing beams in my living room, baseboards that were stained to match the beams throughout my first floor, closed off a loft area to create a bedroom, and the entire house was painted. To say I an impressed with the work is an understatement. The detail they put into my home and the renovations is top notch and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I worked with Ben, who was so responsive, kind, and gave me honest opinions about the ideas I had in mind. HIGHLY recommend!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have known the family that owns CB Geesaman Inc for years. I needed some topsoil for my garden and they delivered - pun intended. Dumped it right in the raised bed, exactly where it needed to be. Getting the truck through my back yard was like threading a needle. The driver did it like a pro.
