Scope of Project: Kitchen Remodel
Timeline: 1 Months

The Patton’s spent months considering how they would remodel their kitchen. They met with a few kitchen remodeling companies, but none were very responsive or made us feel comfortable. Once their plans included enlarging the space, they knew they needed a general contractor. “Geesaman did our whole house remodel in previous years and it was a great experience with an excellent outcome. Our kitchen project was no different. When we sat down and told them what we wanted, we could tell they were listening. With a cabinetmaker on staff, they were able to build custom cabinets for less than the semi-custom units we were considering at the time. We are as pleased with this project as we were with the last. We’d recommend Geesaman to anyone. Thanks guys for giving us our dream kitchen!”

The front entrance was enlarged to better compliment a previous addition to the side of the home. Also added was a beautiful Tuscan Cabana which surrounds the pool creating a courtyard effect. The owners were so pleased with the final product that they included C.B. Geesaman in a mural they painted on the interior wall of the new edition.

Scope of Project: Wine Cellar, Entertainment Room, Exercise
Timeline: 4 Months

We asked CB Geesaman to increase our living space inside and outside. They started with the entrance drive to our property and added a spacious deck and patio area, a beautiful “wine cellar”, an entertainment room, an exercise room, an additional bath and a much needed tool shed.

Scope of Project: Sunroom Addition
Timeline: 3 Months

The sunroom was enlarged and transformed into a family room but the finished product looks like it was there from the beginning. Take note of the rounded addition, the built-in grill, the interior molding and the beautiful flooring. The flow from the new space to the existing kitchen area adds the charm of a “greatroom” for cozy family gatherings or for entertaining numerous guests. The owners highly recommend C.B. Geesaman Builders to anyone looking for “specialty” construction.
